We don’t chase perfection
We chase consistency
That means:
tiny steps instead of massive goals
silly wins that make you smile
doable actions that you can repeat even on your worst days
Because repetition creates habits
Habits create identity
And identity creates strength
This is how you go from:
I just can’t stick to anything...
to
This is just who I am now
I'm Teena Celeste
Superfood enthusiast and nutrient focused eating coach
I help women who have a history of hating healthy, build confidence, energy, and consistency.
I specialize in tiny, silly, doable steps for ultra-beginners who want health and wellness to finally feel possible

I want to talk to you for a minute, not like your mom or some life long veg head
but as an ex-fast food lover who understands exactly what it feels like to hate healthy foods - but at the same time desperately wants to feel healthy...
As you already know it can be a struggle
But I can tell you from experience -
You don't actually hate healthy
More than likely you hate that everytime you set out to eat healthy you start to feel confused, trapped and like you’re failing at something everyone else seems to “just get"
If you’ve ever thought:
“I know what I should do, I just don’t do it”
“Healthy feels overwhelming and not made for me”
“I love comfort food and I don’t want to give it up”
“I’ve tried so many diets and I always end up back here”
I want you to know that you're not alone and there is nothing wrong with you
What’s been missing isn’t motivation or discipline
What’s been missing is the skill of eating healthy when you’ve never done it before
Most diets assume you already:
like healthy food
know what to choose
trust your tastebuds
feel emotionally safe without your favorite foods
But if you’ve never built those skills… how could any diet plan ever work?
And that’s why you keep looping
Not because you fail, but because these diets were never designed for you
This is where my work is different
I don’t coach women who "don't mind" healthy foods
I specialize in women who hate healthy foods.
Women who are emotionally attached to their food villains, who feel overwhelmed by wellness culture, and who have never consistently eaten nutrient-dense food in their lives - but want to
Instead of forcing change, I teach the skill of becoming a nutrient focused eater, step by step, without restrictions
Here’s how it actually works:
First, we retrain your tastebuds - gently and intentionally
Taste is learned. Healthy food doesn’t taste “bad” because you’re broken - it simply tastes unfamiliar.
With tastebud retraining we build familiarity through experience in tiny, silly, doable steps
Second, we work with your food villains instead of fighting them.
Your comfort foods aren’t the enemy, they provide relief, safety, and joy. Banning your comfort foods in the beginning creates panic, rebellion and quitting.
So we crowd them out with nutrient rich superfoods, change the order, and slowly loosen their emotional grip without total restriction.
And third, we build confidence before consistency
Not discipline. Not willpower. Confidence.
Through tiny daily intentions, gentle tracking, and real awareness, you start to trust yourself again. And once that trust is there, consistency stops feeling like a fight.
When you learn this skill:
weight loss becomes a byproduct
energy improves
cravings calm down
food feels less chaotic
and you stop starting over
Not because you tried harder, but because you've gained confidence and are slowly becoming someone new
This is the work we do inside The Superfood BA Method, a 12-week private 1:1 coaching experience for women who want to feel confident, energized, and in control around food without the calorie counting or all-or-nothing restrictions
Over 12 weeks, you’ll receive:
3 - 90-minute planning sessions, (one at the beginning of each phase)
weekly 60 minute coaching calls
personalized guidance
tastebud retraining tools and strategy
food villain support
designing daily habits that actually stick
and accountability that feels kind and supportive, (and sometimes a little bit silly...) but never heavy
This isn’t about being perfect
It’s about becoming capable
By the end of our time together, you won’t just “eat better”
You’ll trust yourself
You’ll understand your cravings
You’ll feel calmer around food
You’ll have more energy
And you’ll see yourself differently
So if you’re tired of forcing healthy and ready to learn it instead, I’d love to talk

No obligation
Just an honest conversation ~
